We have cold rolling partners based in Germany supplying material up to 12mm thickness in fully cold rolled strip. State of the art rolling mills and slitting facilities incorporate "Quarto" rolling mills, automatic gauge technology, annealing furnaces, slitting lines, decoiling lines and advanced packaging techniques. Other cold rolling facilities based in Europe and the UK are used for thinner material and commercial mild steel qualities.
All supplying mills are fully approved to recognised European standards and have their separate quality and technical departments. All supplies of material are fully works test certificated and material is identified with all relevant details for traceability. In addition to normal quality control we can offer assistance of technical development staff to choose the right grade and surface condition for the end application. The close working relationship that we have developed over many years with our European rolling partners affords us the ability to tailormake our product to the customers’ requirements.
